Golovkin outlanded Canelo clearly in the trilogy.

That’s not how fights are judged. Fights are judges round by round.

GGG won the 1 st fight
    Canelo won the 2nd fight

3rd fight was a payday dud for GGG clearly so don't care.

If you have some class are game to win then you will beat Canelo who is an ugly useless ginger bum. If Billie Joe hadn't faltered with inactivity and lower quality fights he'd have boxed Canelo's face off. Kovalev fight shouldn;t have even been santioned.

Golovkin landed more round by round as well. He out landed Canelo in 10 of the 12 rounds in fight #1 and 8 out of the12 in fight #2 with one round being even. So GGG outlanded Canelo in 18 out of 24 rounds, but still ended up on the negative side of the first two fights.

Well, you have GGG coming out ahead in fights 1&2, that's the way it is supposed to be, but there is no way Canelo should be on the winning side after the first two fights. That is a false representation of how these fights transpired.

I thought fight 2 was a draw or GGG win, but was okay w draw. GGG won fight 1 pretty clearly. Fight 3 was a farce

The only part of your original post that I didnt like was that Canelo waited GGG for 3rd fight. That is what DID happen but it wasnt straightforward. GGG did make numerous complaints about Canelo and boxing judges after fight 1 (GGG had a point). GGG made more complaints including about Canelo's beard length, how his hands were wrapped, and again the judging. GGG immediately after fight 2 wanted fight 3 in MSG...keep in mind this is after he held the rematch up over purse split...so I could get why Canelo was tired of the ****.

If GGG had been humble and asked for the rematch it wouldve happened sooner - same goes for the weight. GGG offered Rosado 158 CW but wouldn't give Canelo a pound...and only hurt himself by not doing it imho

From what I remember, Canelo held up the rematch by testing positive for Clenbuteral. I also think that Golovkin gave him the two toughest fights of his career, and Canelo was greatful to actually get the decision. Why run it back? He is miraculously ahead in the series. He was smart to avoid Golovkin and go after easier work at 168lbs.

I know we see it differently but my view of their fights is that Canelo proved himself the better skilled fighter. Lil g could not dominate him like he did to others.

They are both great fighters, that's why both fights were so competitive.

Great fighters but both had their limitations.
