I'd lime to see him go back to 154 and fight Boots, and Fundora.

If he wins easily then he might drop down to 160 to win a title there and then retire. If he wins in a very tough fight then he'll likely retire immediately after.

I think a Draw would be a great bet to take on this fight.

If he wins he can do whatever he pleases. It would be one of the most impressive victories I had ever seen. 2 full weights up to fight canelo, that's crazy. I think he will be pummeled though, size matters, ofc it does.

Retire or go beat up Boots

Markus would need time to recoup so if anything, it would stop him creating terrible threads for awhile

There's always going to be a Boots, no Boots, no game. If he beats Canelo, which I don't think he will, but IF he does, it'll be one of the greatest achievements in the sport, and the only route is to bow out at the top.

He won't retire on that. His next fight would then be worth too much to retire.

If he somehow wins which I highly doubt then 100% there will be a rematch.

I get what your saying, but, I don't think RJJ was weighing as much as a HW in between fights and boiling down to 168-175. Bud gets ton180nand boils down.

    Undefeated, and as a champion.

Very few boxers have actually walked away from the sport while still champions.

If he manages to pull it off and become undisputed at 168 he might as well defend it. Maybe a title defense against Christian Mbilli if he beats Lester Martinez. And then ride off to the sunset.
