Arguably lost against Madrimov - No he didn't -Got knocked down and lost rounds against Egis - that could've been a KD, Kaval...takes rounds from everyone. -Jose Benavidez with one leg gave him work - Fight was lopsided and Crawford melted him. And the one leg excuse is silly, he got shot 2 years prior and had fought 2? times that same year. -Porter was beating him - No, Crawford was ahead on all 3 scorecards and had Porter not been stopped he had a very big mountain to climb and only two rounds to do it, while never having a fight where he stopped anyone in the championship rounds. Hope this helps
If Crawford has an injury..he’s gonna adjust and get on his bike maybe even sooner than expected. I wouldn’t mind seeing this. It’s boxing..
You said all of this goofy stuff leading up to the Spence fight and none of it mattered. For some reason you think revisiting the comments now makes it more relevant. -Only y'all who hate the success of Crawford are arguing that he lost to Madrimov. Even Madrimov and his camp know they didn't do anything to argue a draw, let alone a win. Not throwing a single combination in the first 6 rounds. Landing 5 clean right hands over the next 6 rounds doesn't mask the fact he got countered with 3 punch combinations and was hurt 3 different times. -It was ruled a slip, and even if it was a knock down, it was a flash knockdown. It's not like he was in danger. Losing rounds happen in boxing. So what. Canelo lost rounds to Amir Khan. Where's your breakdown on his ability. -Benavidez got shot 3 years prior to fighting Crawford. He fought 2x during that time. Neither of those fights did he wear a sleave (not a brace, but a sleave) on his knee. At no point in time was Benavidez ever in position to control the action. He was pretty much a punching bag. His style didn't change due to the leg. Notice when fought Torres....the sleave wasn't present as well. Funny how he only needed the sleave for Crawford to bring attention to it so goofy fans can push the "one leg" excuse. -Porter was down on every card. 2 of the judges had Crawford up by 2 rounds going into the 10th. Official scorecards are available to the public. You never heard Porter himself claim that he thought he was winning the fight. He actually said the opposite stating he could never get Crawford to do the things he needed him to do from round to round. It was Bradley who told Crawford's camp that he "believed" he was down on the cards according to what he knows of those specific judges history. The information was relayed to Crawford's corner and we saw what happened. So even if you hatred was somewhat true, who cares..... How did the fight end. You don't get credit for almost winning a fight that you GUARANTEED a knockout victory on.... Porter and his dad shot themselves in the foot with that stance. Stop comparing Jermell to Crawford. It makes you sound clueless. Charlo has done nothing that Crawford hasn't done and the same can't be said vice versa. Jermell went into the Canelo fight looking to get paid. Too afraid of getting hurt and had zero confidence that he would actually get a victory. He clearly was fighting not to be stopped. Your PBC man crushes have all fell to their knees. You should spend more time trying to rally fans to love your boys rather than wasting time getting people to hate a man who's clearly being successful where your guys have failed.
And similarly, Mosley wasn't a bigger puncher than Cintron, and was smaller, and yet he stopped Margarito ! Crawford has "sudden" power; you can't see his punches and prepare for it; and his bigger reach will advantage him hugely.
Sorry I misread it. Thought you were referring Egis fight though I do feel Bud would have stopped Madrimov if he had to. He clearly won the fight. Word!
