Terrible stoppage. Brown was highly likely going to finish him shortly after or bare minimum drop him with the follow up attack but it was a terrible stoppage nonetheless

People ain’t paying money to watch the fight be stopped after the first big punch, he didn’t even go down. This damages the sport. Watch the DAZN shills defend it.

The referees tonight think they are refereeing amateur boxing, or something.

I know McKenna has been on a terrible run as of late, but he should be able to replicate his original performance.

    Round 1 McKenna 10-9, clean

McKenna picking up where he left off, pressing forward aggressively and throwing heavy shots. Moran landing some decent heavy counters off the backfoot. Right hooks rocks Moran. McKenna is already cut over is left eye. Moran lands an uppercut. Both men landing right hooks. Clean straight left from Moran. Their faces are already falling apart.

It was a headclash that cut McKenna.

    Its heating up!

McKenna is relentless, and IMO breaking Moran down here. But Moran is landing punches of his own.

    Pretty fun scrap.

    Round 1 McKenna 10-9, clean
    Round 2 McKenna 10-9

McKenna still pressing forward, but letting his hands go less. Both throwing wild violent exchanges. McKenna pins him on the ropes, lands a hard left that prompts Moran to hold. McKenna ties up, pushes him off, they start trading shots. McKenna backs him to the ropes, starts digging to the body. McKenna's pressure is getting to him, keeping him pinned on the ropes for long stretches.

It makes it to the third so it's gone longer than their first meeting, when McKenna stopped Moran in the 2nd.

McKenna's lack of power has always disgusted me. KO29% and with only 1 stoppage win in his last 16 fights, 10 of them wins. The most disturbing thing is that it came against Moran and early too. Moran must be packing more glass than a bottle bank

To be fair, McKenna has mixed in good company in his last 16 but there's never any excuse for sporting a KO 29%

    Round 1 McKenna 10-9, clean
    Round 2 McKenna 10-9
    Round 3 McKenna 10-9

McKenna is in his rhythm, keeping Moran on the ropes, McKenna relentlessly battering him. Moran firing off counters, but they're having no effect. McKenna rocks him, Moran does a little wobble from cuffing shot to the temple. He's breaking down. McKenna whipping in nasty right hooks. Rocks his head back with a one two before the bell.

    Round 1 McKenna 10-9, clean
    Round 2 McKenna 10-9
    Round 3 McKenna 10-9
    Round 4 McKenna 10-9

McKenna still on the front foot. Moran can't get away from him, still tossing out counter lefts from the ropes, but with little effect. McKenna won't let him breath. Consistently pinning him on the ropes and unloading combinations to the head and body. McKenna keeping his distance a little more, landing long one twos that are snapping Moran's head back. Moran is falling apart. He's as frail as a dandelion.
