Are some of you here sure you weren't scoring blows to the arms and gloves for Donovan?

Because genuinely, that's the only way I can see how you think this was a robbery against him.
Granted it was a close fight. But a robbery, absolutely never.

I had it 114-112 Crocker, the knock-downs won it for him

 

He got a few jabs to the body in most of the rounds but other then that Crocker blocked almost everything.

Donovan was way more active and on the front foot. I also don't think it was a robbery but Donovan edged it in my opinion.

 

Donovan has only got himself to blame really for fighting with such little urgency after suffering the kockdowns. His corner seemed way too complacent too despite the fight clearly not going how they expected. They all seemed to think all they had to do was turn up, go through the motions and win.

 

Anyone else reckon the fix was always in for a Crocker win so they can get Conor Benn a world title shot against a beatable opponent?

Wouldn't surprise me. Seeing Conor Benn win a world tile would be unbearable.

I'm sure he's a sound lad. Him crying like a woman is something I can't get over though.
