Close how? Crawford landed clean head shots. Canelo landed non-scoring punches to the hip, upper leg, buttocks, back and Glove.

Yes Bud said he just had to be himself to beat Canelo. One can say it was bad matchmaking for Canelo but you cannot feel sorry for him with his £150 Million payday>

Yes, not to take anything away from Bud's amazing win, but the Canelo of the GGG fights would probably have beaten Bud.
This Canelo has dropped off considerably since then.

Some are so blinded by hate that it makes their fight scoring irrational.

Give it a rest. Crawford got the decision tonight that’s what you wanted.

I 100% guarantee you Iglesias would knock both Crawford and Clenelo out. Clenelo was only the champ at 168 because he ducked Benavidez for years, cherrypicked like crazy, and because the division has been weak as hell for ages. He wasn't the best fighter at the weight he just held the belts

That is incredibly incorrect. I'm not talking specifically about this fight, I am saying that what matters is what the hands do not what the feet do.

I had Canelo winning 4 of the first 5 rounds. A lot of people don't rate bodywork I guess.

If you are looking at the prime canelo then you should be looking at the prime Crawford, Crawford is 38 man he moved up 3 weight divisions in 2 fights and fought for the undisputed title and he won, the questions before the fight were, can he handle the power, will he still have the speed, will canelo be to strong. Give the man the respect he deserves he answered all the questions and took all the belts.
If you can’t see it then go back and look at canelo and his teams faces after the final bell.

I personally don't think Nonito in his late 30s is just as good of a win as those two. Especially when you consider he struggled big time in the first fight. What hurts Inoue is being a fighter in smaller weight classes like that. He's not going to really start being seen that way unless he continues to move up in weight. Smaller fighters just don't get the same level of credit.

Correction not what I wanted rather what I knew would happen. Comprehension is not your strong point is it as if you think about it there is a difference.

I think master class is too strong a word but Bud did follow the blue print to beat Canelo. I've never thought Canelo was an ATGer anyway. Hyped and overrated but Crawford was impressive in his execution tonight.
