Very difficult to award Canelo more than 2 0r 3 rounds at most.

Yep, running right into history. Do you box? I ask because I'd like to know how you would fight a bigger stronger guy, with a solid chin and one punch ko power. Surely you wouldn't stand in the pocket and trade with a man like that.

Jerry fought very negative, but unlike Charlo he did step in and exchanged from time to time, and it was Jerry who was choosing when to engage Tom. But I thought there was no Tom & Jerry Fights! And What happened to "You have to Take the Fight to the Champ to Beat the Champ". The question you have to ask yourself is did Bud do enough to Dethrone An Undisputed Champ? Did Bud really go to war? No, he fought smart, he used his brains and his skills to stall and keep Canelo from getting in range. It was Bud's Awkwardness that was a problem for Canelo, as it would be, but when you look at the compubox numbers, when you look at the AI scoring, you see a result that goes against many conventional standards that typically go to the winner.

According to Compubox, Canelo had 6 rounds that he landed more punches, Bud had 4 rounds that he landed more punches, and 2 were even. Canelo had a large advantage in punch accuracy, power punches, and body punches.

It is a wonder how Crawford was able to win such a decision, but it was clear from the beginning that this was designed by Turki to be Bud's shining moment. Lets face it, Turki has a Man Crush on Bud and this was his Dream. But did Bud really win, as in, did he really deserve to win?

And I saw your scorecard, but what do you think of how many Canelo scorecards there were. That is rare is Canelo's past competitive decisions. Usually he is the one accused of getitng favorable scoring. But in this case we have quite the role reversal.

Yes he stepped in from time to time. On several occasions Bud landed some very well timed shots. But these moments did not happen frequently, and in between those moments Canelo was arguably outworking Bud, landing the harder shots, to the body especially. But Bud waited for his moment to step in and exchange. He did so from angles that Canelo could not anticipate. But the numbers tell a very different story, and the scorecards are curious as well. There were for example a total of 8 different rounds that the judges gave to Canelo. There were many split rounds. The verdict seems to hinge on the early rounds, particuarly round 1, a round that most posters here seem to agree Canelo won pretty clearly, or at least Bud did next to nothing to win it. Yet 2 of the judges gave that to Bud. There were many anomalies like this.

I had Crawford winning the fight clearly and if you win the fight, you win the belts. Champ doesn't get a headstart on the scorecards so yes, Crawford was deserved winner and champion.
