    Sunday
Max Kellerman and the other commentators were biased as hell for Crawford. Especially in the early rounds.

It was closer than people had it. Crawford was running like a ***** in many of the rounds he 'won', he didn't do enough to win those rounds. Lots of those rounds could have been scored a draw.

Amazing from Crawford. He was able to carry the weight and looked very comfortable. Congrats champ.

..look, I love body shots. I'm a huge proponent for them counting and carrying a lot of weight in scoring. Thing is, Canelo wasn't landing body shots. He was THROWING body shots, and more than 90% of them were missing outright or hitting Crawford's elbows or the small of his back. You don't get to count those ones.

Moreover, the ones that didnt connect on the elbows connected on the hips (which is a usual tactic, but illegal). He continued like that until round 9 or 10, stupid strategy, it is extremely late in the fight to continue like that. It made sense when fights were 15 rounds, but with 12 rounds you cant be chasing the body/hips 90% of the time until round 9-10.

Judges don't like bodyshots. That's like that. We can agree or not, but it is a fact. A punch to the head scores more than a punch to the liver in judges minds.

Even worse with that outdated strategy of punching the oponent's arms. It is outdated as F. I cant understand how a guy can follow this strategy vs bivol in XXI century tbh.

Im assuming they were probably counting all those half hip shots, half arm half back shots for canelo when it comes to the Compubox stats. I saw Crawford unperterbed by any of those and only can recall a handful of clean head shots landed by Canelo. I saw a man who was in total control of the fight vs one who struggled to land significant strikes, although it's not like I saw Crawford light Canelo up all night or anything. Im guessing the rounds were close and mainly edged by Crawfords effective defence. He had a shield, nothing pentrated. He snapped back Canelo's nut a few times. Kid got the win. That's the story of the fight!

The victory was extremely impressive. He took canelo to the boxing school. A lot of bike, yes, but it worked like charm. The most astonishing part of the fight is that Crawford looked like comfortable the whole fight. Sure he felt some punches, but overall he was really comfortable. Crawford is just an unique fighter in many many aspects, a jewel, we are lucky we watched him fighting.

PS: oh, and ofc this victory is one for the history books
