Bud got this, way too big and tricky for Leonard I think. Would give him huge problems with his movement and counters not letting Leonard get off and winning a clear decision.

Not at welterweight, Bud wasn't bigger than Hagler at 147 who Leonard beat. Lalonde is bigger than Crawford and Leonard beat him. Size won't play much of a role here Leonard is taller, faster and an equal reach.

Yeah but Crawford is nowhere near that big in the ring. Hagler may have walked around at 170+ we don't know because they had same day weigh ins

If he rehydrates he's probably 150-160 or so I think Hagler was around 165 at his best or so. So about the same size and Crawford was even bigger when he fought at Jr MW and SMW.

Crawford was already past his prime when he moved up to those weights. Welterweight Crawford is probably his best version.

You are putting too much stock into size. Hearns is taller and longer than Crawford, was big enough to win a title at light heavyweight but still lost to Leonard. Lalonde is bigger than Crawford. It would the skill, not the size that Leonard has a problem with

At 147 he isn't bigger than Hagler. I'm not sure he's more skilled either. Hagler is better than Canelo, would beat him h2h
