I still think a prime GGG would have stopped him, early to mid fight.

Also had a better jab and would not back down. GGG by brutal stoppage. I like Bud. But i doubt he would take this fight unless GGG showed signs of slippage.

To be fair, i doubt prime GGG would fight prime Bob Foster either. So i hope i am not being critical of Bud who is a great fighter.

I think the GGG that beat Canelo in the first fight would have beaten Crawford by a late Stoppage when Crawford was ahead on points. I think GGG's chin would have helped him Walk Bud down and Crawford wouldn't have been able to eat GGG's bombs.

If we're talking dream match up I would like to see Sweet Pea vs Bud at 147.

Bud SD by boring Postol or Canelo approach. He's faster and physically stronger than Alvarez even longer reach.

Prime Golovkin? He was much better at closing the ring off than Canelo and l making use of his power and size, Canelo often just follows guys around when they have good movement, he can’t close the ring off.

GGG's ability to cut off the ring is probably only 2nd to Beterbiev in the last 10 years, and coupled with his jab I think that makes a lot of difference.

    Great fight though!

Win, lose or draw, it'd be a far more dangerous fight than Canelo. Not only does GGG have more power than Canelo, he has a great jab. And he would actually invite exchanges and go for broke, like he did against Kell Brook. But you can never count out Bud. But he'd definitely have to get on his bike more than he'd like.
