    Absolutely.
I've watched it a number of times now.
Despite it the technical nature of the fight, it wasn't slow or boring.
The pace was relentless and both were throwing in high level exchanges.
    Brilliant fight.

Their first fight is a favourite of mine, and definitely one of the great Middleweight title fights in history. I still feel Toney won it, mind you.

The first two fights are a ridiculous 24 rounds of boxing 101. Ridiculous

That first fight sets the bar pretty high as far as skill level of both boxers. Think Burely vs Holman Williams level of pure 101.

Yes it's a fantastic fight and always the first fight that comes to mind whenever people think of high level boxing matches.

Both Toney and McCallum have been in some other high skilled fights even before they fought each other. Mike McCallum's fights with Donald Curry and rematch with Sumbu Kalambay are great. Then you also have James Toney's fights with Michael Nunn and Reggie Johnson.

Just goes to show the level Roy Jr was operating on.

Made it look easy against these two plus Bernard Hopkins, three masters with different styles and he barely broke a sweat.

Yep two of the highest level fights ever only one comparable at that weight class is Golovkin vs Canelo. Personally thought Toney won both fights clearly but thats just me.
