    160 lbs, 12 rounds.

    I pick Janibek by decision.

Crawford might be too experienced at this point. OTOH Janibek is no joke and Crawford is at an age where fighters can look great and then get crumpled by the young lions.

No chance in hell Crawford will take this fight.

    High risk, low reward.

Janibek only has a 71.5 inch reach, Bud would easily out-jab him.

Honestly if he beat Janibek and retired we'd have to have very serious conversations about him being the greatest of his era.

Beating Janibek and taking all the belts at 160 to become 4x undisputed would be an insane feat. He would be undoubtedly considered as the best of this era for sure.

Even just beating him, never mind unifying.

If his last fight is against Janibek and he wins, he overtakes Usyk for me.

I like what I see so far in Janibek. But, until he beats a few live bodies, I would have to go with Crawford.

He's already higher than Usyk P4P IMO but beating Janibek would still help his resume.

That's the only thing that would downplay a win over Janibek. Great as Janibek looks he hasn't fought enough credible opponents to be considered as a top tier fighter even if he seems to be the best man in that division. Needs to start proving it.

Kinda like Canelo vs Crawford? Crawford suddenly doesn't have to take risks anymore after Canelo did the same?

I could be wrong but the feeling I'm getting from Crawford is either a Canelo rematch or retire. I think he's mentally at the stage where he wants the most financially lucrative option.

He would still be behind Roy, Floyd, and Pac, IMO.

    High risk of hospitalizing Janibek?

Crawford wins this 120 -108, without a scratch on his face.
