If Floyd fights smart he's absolutely capable of beating Baer. Still on the fence though because of Floyd's chin. If only Floyd had a solid chin!!

Patterson folds from the first clean shot Baer lands on his china chin.

Floyd is way too fast and good. Baer has a punchers chance but don’t get him mixed up with Sonny Liston he wasn’t on that level.

Floyd is winning until he isn’t. Max is bigger, stronger , has a better chin and hits at least as hard as Ingo. Dangerous fight for Floyd. He wins a UD or loses via KO.

Floyd probably makes it look easy until hes hit, and he would absolutely be hit.

These comments are ridiculous "As soon as Baer lands one punch, it's lights out for Patterson lolz". Patterson got up to win for the most part, or at least go the distance. There was one bout where Patterson was actually counted out.... against Sonny ****Ing Liston, and two more bouts where he was knocked down, and ended up getting stopped...... Liston again, and the first Ingo fight which he seldom trained for. Every other time he was knocked down, he got up to win. Only exceptions were his draw and "loss" to Quarry.

Baer isn't as good a finisher, nor puncher as Liston. Despite dropping Carnera three times, he still needed another ten rounds to finish him, and even let him back into the fight, and was getting outboxed during stretches.
