Fight was competitive fir the first 4, maybe 5 rounds. By then Bud had Canelo figured out. Took away his left jook to the body. Made him miss most punches. By the 7th Canelo was in No Mas country, frustrated and beat up.
unless I'm mistaken, it's 3 guys sitting ringside with stainless steel clickers. hard to give overwhelming credence to that. maybe some people on here count better from their screen
Get out your feeling little lady. The subject was serious enough for you to make a thread about it so I commented showing that the subject matter you chose means nothing. At the end of the day, THERE IS NO ARGUMENT. Because we all saw the fight and know that it wasn't as close as YOU are trying to argue it to be. Canelo didn't argue that he won the fight, but his fans/supports can't stop crying about it. Only thing that's clear from the OP is that you are in need of someone to massage the wound by agreeing with you so that it can help you to deal with reality. The fight wasn't close. Arguably the first 4 rounds, it was dead even or possibly an edge given to either fighter depending on the style you prefer, but round 5 going forward, Crawford was hands down in control of the action and dictated when and how long exchanges were going to be made. Canelo, being the flat foot power puncher with no jab that he is had zero adjustments and/or answers for what Crawford was doing as what many knowledgeable pundits/fans/peers predicted going into the fight. Compubox numbers don't change any of that.
Says "get out your feeling" then proceeds to post a pointless essay. I didn't read that crap. I picked Crawford to beat Canelo. Up your reading comprehension and stop crying.
Aww, one of those public school struggling kids who hate reading if it doesn't come with pictures.......lol. Dumb kids think anything with more that 3 sentences is an essay.....lol. Goof Troop, you got all offended on a subject you brought up and I responded to. I told you to get out your feelings because you were acting butt hurt in response to what I said......Your response is......"stop crying".......lol.... Good job kiddo. "I picked Crawford to beat Canelo"..........ummm. Ok.....lol.
If it's just 3 guys sitting ringside with clickers, then how did Crawfords #'s for Rounds 5, 9, and 12 change from the original Compubox numbers that were released after the fight? They apparently did some kind of "review" or "revision" to the data for the numbers to change like that. Has anything like this ever happened before? It was only Crawford's #s that changed. It's inherently suspicious that someone at Compubox would have felt the need to change Crawford's numbers for several rounds after the original data had already been released to the public. Surely there should be at least an explanation as to what happened here. If it was some kind of an error to any punches landed in a specific round that was corrected, then you wouldn't expect the final numbers to be identical to what they were. For Crawford's totals in 3 separate rounds to change as they did, in a way that kept the final totals identical, it should at the very least raise eyebrows and concerns over how this happened.
Calling it a schooling is going too far. Would you say it was a schooling if he fought a journeyman and had the same exact performance? A schooling is an absolute term, it's not relative.to the opponent.
No, I'm not making that argument. I'm fine with Crawford winning, but I would like an explanation as to what happened to Crawford's Compubox numbers.
