Usyk moves up and he's fighting giants who are much or way bigger and heavier than him and who are murderous or big punchers against fellow giants and natural HWs and are not on four year KO droughts vs cherrypicks and he can't fight them at a range where they can't hit him like Crawford does

The degree of risk and difficulty for Usyk fighting all these giants and much bigger and heavier men is far greater than what Crawford had to overcome vs that similar sized version of Clenelo

Belly is not only much taller and heavier than Usyk he's much longer than him with a 7'' reach advantage and a near 40-55lb weight advantage. He has orangutan arms and he knows how to use his length to make it difficult for the much smaller man and he's a very good counter puncher too.

Usyk literally walked Belly down for large spells. Imagine Crawford trying to outbox Benavidez or walk him down? You have to imagine it because Crawford won't ever fight him because he ''too big'' and having to concede big physical advantages is far too risky and difficult for him to have to try to overcome. Benavidez would pound him into a quivering heap of jelly in next to no time

Now imagine him trying to do so vs the 196lb LHW version as opposed to the 185 SMW version but with a 7'' longer reach instead of half an inch longer reach

Imagine instead of facing a same size at worst Mean Machine he was facing a Mean Machine who was 10-20lbs or more heavier than him and who had a much longer reach than him as opposed to the 3'' reach advantage Crawford had on him? Crawford doesn't get up when he gets cracked by him

AJ, Dubois, Belly and Chisora were not on four year KO droughts they were still sharp and very dangerous

Belly had KO'd or stopped 4 of his last 5
AJ was 24-1 (22 KOs) when he fought Usyk the first time
Dubois has stopped 21 of his 22 wins
Chisora had stopped 9 of his last 10 victims and only only been taken past 5 rounds once in all of those wins

And it's hardly a secret Belly has discipline issues and has been guilty of fighting down to the level of his opposition numerous times. He's rematched 4 fighters, who all took him the distance in their first fights against him, and the only one he didn't stop in his rematches against them is Usyk.

Lewis gets one punch iced out x 2 in the midst of his prime but those losses are excused because ''he didn't take those opponents seriously'' and when he knocked them out or stopped them in the rematches that was the ''real'' Lewis and he gets praised to high heaven for ''defeating every man he fought'' even though he was always in great shape and didn't have those discipline issues as Belly obviously does

Crawford has never had to overcome being the much smaller man once in 42 fights, let alone whilst facing murderous or very big punchers much or way bigger than him in their backyards on a deck heavily stacked against him or on the road on road who are way bigger and heavier than him and if you ask him to do so once even in his own country it's ''not a fair fight'' and it's outrageous to expect him to do so

Easy, the only live bodies that Canelo has faced in the last 5 years is Bivol and Saunders. GGG was past it and Plant has always been ****. Canelo lost every round to Bivol who is Briedis level. I was just riffing and throwing it out there that they're comparable, and they are. Never said they were an exact match. Both had a ton of controversial wins, long time champs, nearing the ends of their careers, coming off of several shoddy performances against so so opposition. Kucher and Afolabi are more impressive than ****ing Berlanga and Scull, that's for damned sure!

If you've convinced yourself that Super Middleweight is a great division, then I don't know what to tell you. It's the definition of ****ing dreary. It certainly wasn't on the level of Cruiserweight when Usyk cleared it out. At least Usyk fought nothing but legit Cruisers, not weight drained SMW's and a bunch of Light Middle and Middleweights moving up.

Bud and Canelo were the same size. ****ing Bud has been on a rampage denigrate his own win. Saying why didn't people expect it? After all, he and Canelo were the same size! That basically, he's long been a Super Middleweight. Not very bright of him, but at least he's being honest. So listen to Bud when he's telling you.... this isn't a big deal. Usyk and Fury were not the same size. Fury outweighed him by 50 pounds and a half a foot on him height wise. Fury and Canelo are a similar level of shot, but clearly Fury showed up in the right headspace and in decent shape for him. Whereas Canelo clearly didn't. It's pretty elementary to any rational person why the two wins over Fury are superior. But you think Bivol would beat Usyk, so clearly you're not rational.

Also, newsflash, an extremely heavy handed MMA fighter with decent boxing skills, who's 6'4 and 250 pounds. Give most light hitting heavies a hard time.

Again, Clenelo hadn't stopped anyone in four years despite cherrypicking throughout his reign, shamelessly ducking his #1 challenger for years, and ruling over a graveyard division. He couldn't stop Berlangy, Mung, Juan Ryder, Scull, 40 y/o shell of GGG, or Jermello for goodness sake. Not 1 or 2 of them but ALL of them

All subsequently stopped by complete featherfists, MWs who just moved up, and padded record hype jobs

Clenelo is far more accomplished than Benavidez and way more so than Iglesias but both would've been far more dangerous opponents for Crawford, so much so they would knock his head off

Canelo had been prepping with Boots Ennis analogous to Fury sparring with Opetaia but Crawford tamed him to the point where Canelo lost wide to the vast majority of viewers and had Canelo immediately calling him better than Floyd Mayweather.

Ngannou had 0 professional boxing experience and was older than Fury. There are no excuses. Not only did Fury struggle, he took the damn fight in the first place and did it after selecting an old Chisora for a 3rd time, but you want to call out Canelo for his cherrypicking ??? Had Fury not struggled with 210 pounds light punching Steve Cunningham, had never gotten put on his ass and on wobbly legs and had never called it his most difficult fight because of his smaller size and agility I'd absolutely see it as a better win than beating Canelo, but that's exactly what happened, Fury has no history of dominating world class cruiserweights but Canelo easily beat Charlo who was undisputed at 154. Dubois beat up another contender in Miller who was 100 pounds heavier. Hunter beat Bakole while the much bigger Anderson couldn't. Those size differences regardless of the level are completely unfathomable below heavyweight but at heavyweight ? It happens commonly enough to not call it an aberration

So what do you expect Canelo to do? Say I lost to a bum and that Crawford sucks? Of course people hype the people that beat them. Although Bud doesn't seem all that impressed with Canelo or his power, after all... The Mean Machine hits harder! So maybe you should listen to Terence "Same Size" Crawford.

I've called out both for their cherry-picking, I'm certainly no fan of Fury and I think he lost against Ngannou. Still, at the end of the day, running scared from Canelo until he gassed out, and flurrying on him in the 11th and 12th. Is not as impressive as walking down and beating up Tyson Fury not once but twice.

Dubois was losing to Miller, until that extra weight took its toll and he gassed out. Also Miller is an inch taller than Usyk, a 333 pound Usyk would be immobile after a few rounds and get pummelled by Dubois as well. Miller isn't 6'9 and someone who carries the weight well.

Yep Hunter beat down Bakole, which makes Usyk's win over him all the more impressive.

He said Kavaliauskas caught him with harder punches and that could be very true. Canelo could never catch him clean with a huge shot. Fury isn't a power puncher nor does he usually fight aggressively so what reason would Usyk run ? Miller beat up the guy that stopped joshua in 7 rounds and didn't gas, Miller carries that weight well. Hunter also got a gift decision against Jerry Forrest, but the fact he beat Bakole who was way bigger than him and hits harder than Fury is the crux of the point, not only is Fury overrated but with his size and skill he still couldn't dominate featherfisted Cunningham.

People ignoring the fact that Belly has long had discipline issues and fights down to the level of his opposition

The version of Belly who struggled vs Ngannou was clearly not the same version who locked himself away in camp from his wife and kids for 3 months for Usyk

And FTR, Ngannou is the hardest punching HW in MMA history and is a 270lb + man mountain. His power is ridiculous and he was routinely icing champs, former champs and top 10 contender out in HL reel fashion is seconds or a few minutes, HW GOATs even, not nobodies

As said, when Lummox who never suffered from the discipline issues which have plagued Belly and always turned up in shape got one punch HL reel KO'd x 2 in the midst of his prime it was because he wasn't switched on and the real Lummux didn't show up. But when he exacts his revenge in the rematch against a crack addict who was in no fit state to be in a ring due to his drug habit and personal problems he gets praised to high heaven for doing so and for knocking out a Rahman who was knocked out twice by glass jaw Maskaev

Lummox wasn't switched on but Belly was when he underperforms? GTHOH

It doesn't matter if they were switched on or not, they're performances affect their legacy. You will never let Lewis live his losses down so this isn't getting thrown under the rug, especially given the circumstances. Ngannou would get utterly embarrassed by journeyman level fighters, joshua knocked him out in 2 rounds LOL

Size is so insignificant Crawford refuses to ever fight anyone much bigger than him

He's only willing to fight opponents he's way or bigger than, roughly his size, or who are slightly bigger than him

If Clenelo was much bigger than him with a longer reach he never would've fought him even in the US with a home ref and three home judges

"My thing is Benavidez is a big dude. Not to say I won't fight him (no you absolutely won't lol). I fought his brother and his brother was big when I fought him.

The only reason why I entertain Clenelo is because he's not a big dude. He might be thick but he's not a big dude. Benavidez is like 6'2'' and then he gonna come it at 190 . 200, probably. That's a big dude.''

Do I need to translate what he's actually saying here?

''You just size them up. Size them up. Especially when you go into a bigger weight class. You size them up and see your advantages''

“He got a little wider frame, but he’s a little shorter. But all in all, we’re around the same size. So, by y’all saying, ‘Oh, Canelo’s this massive size,' it was disrespect. Then, when y’all seen me weigh in, then y’all say, ‘Oh, well, they about the same.' It’s not a big difference.''

Usyk literally jumps at the chance to fight giants who hold huge or obscene physical advantages over him, in their backyards or on the road, and who are murderous punchers or big punchers vs fellow giants and natural HWs.

There is never.. ''No way, that guy's too big. He's much heavier and longer than me. I sized him up and he's way too big'' from him it's literally I want him in his backyard on a deck stacked in his favour and I'll even agree to give him a rematch even though the deck is stacked against me and I'm playing Russian roulette with 2 bullets in the chamber.

''OK, I sized him up, sure he's way bigger than me, sure he has home advantage, sure he can punch crazy hard, but I don't care. I want his ass''

The irony of you crying about others not letting fighters live down their losses couldn't be more priceless

And the Lummox Rule dictates that if he fought Ngannou x 2 he would get one punch sparked out cold by him at least x 1

Lol, Joshua knocked him out in 2 with 0 difficulty. You lose to joshua with little effort you are trash. Lewis destroys him. Ngannou would get his ass beat by Michael Grant you can't make this up. Ngannou would lose to David Jaco

Lummox's daddy McCall lost to Joey Christjohn who was knocked out or stopped x 7 in 19 fights in the amateurs for goodness sake, in addition to being knocked out x 10 in 31 fights in the pros

Rahman was KO'd x 2 by glass jaw Maskaev

Mercer who was robbed vs Lummox lost to an 18-9 journeyman 3 years prior to facing Lummox and drew against a 7-9-2 journeyman 10 months before he fought Lummox. How you explain?

Ngannou hits crazy hard and certainly more than hard enough to shatter Lummox's glass jaw

No man who turned pro at 37 and got slid by joshua with 0 difficulty has any realistic chance against Lewis and this thread has nothing to do with him, but since you want to bring him up, TKO6. Next time you look at the rankings say hello to the ring magazine publishers for me Serge
