The bare knuckle thing is a bit much for me. It's not as regulated as it should be, and some of the fights are just like, who's got the balls to take the most facial damage. Certainly not the game for ex boxers to get involved in.
Agreed but what I will say is that these fighters who fight BK are a different breed. The balls it takes to get in there… It’s not really for me either. I’ll only ever watch when an ex boxer gets in there out of intrigue like Gavin, Cox and Degale. Conor McGregor keeps insisting at every other press conference that he’s going to have a fight in BK which I think everyone will tune in to see.
Maybe on YouTube the next day or week but wouldn't watch live. Is he really that big of a deal to people outside of the UFC? I couldn't give a **** about him.
I would say it would do ridiculous numbers if they put it on PPV. As much as the guy has lost the plot recently he is still a huge draw and people will tune in too just to see him possibly get sparked. Personally I think he’s just promoting his business and don’t think he’d ever do BK. He’d be a laughing stock if he got sparked. If he ever has a fight on BKFC it will probably be fixed.
McGregor is now trying to make Degale v Trout. Trout would piece Degale up. He’s still sharp and taken to BK like a duck to water.
I share your view. There's plenty of boxing to watch without having to tune into these bloodletting contests.
Wow — no duty of care from McGregor at all. James probably came away on Saturday thinking he’d made a new best mate, but if this is the kind of fight Conor’s trying to line up for him, he really needs to just let it go.
