Lots of mauling on the inside. Both working their free hands in the clinch. Upon separation Kuzmin rolling out jabs. Khalidov looping both gloves around Kuzmin's upraised arms. Jab and uppercut combo for Khalidov. A lead right from Kuzmin is checked and parried by a partially withdrawn hook from Khalidov, sort of like somebody getting caned offstage in an old cartoon. Flurries inside by Khalidov pointed upward into the chin of his taller opponent before Kuzmin drapes both arms over him and clamps down in a hug.

How about Jalolov vs. Kuzmin for the Fragile Fraud Championship?

 

Round 3

Kuzmin is taking longer steps outside to give himself space to work and not get dinged up. Khalidov is crowding, smacking up top with left hooks and then drilling through with straight rights when Kuzmin shrimps up and lowers his own face into range with his neck accordioned. Kuzmin backing up and lobbing wide left hooks and putting the right cross behind it but can't get much purchase on these shots while reversing on his toes. Kuzmin with a big uppercut late but Khalidov keeps pressing in.

Round 4

Khalidov still can't miss with that uppercut inside. Kuzmin holding. Khalidov is staying in his chest. Kuzmin circles away, then leaps in with an uppercut-hook combo before holding again. Khalidov with short hooks on the body, then on the face when Kuzmin bends over, chopping him down gradually. Kuzmin is running away, stopping to plant his feet, and then swinging wide at the oncoming Khalidov. Usually his fists miss or graze past Khalidov's ears, and they clinch.

Khalidov gassed a bit in the 5th, lost his gum shield. Kuzmin spamming rights hoping to take advantage and get rid of him. Super sloppy, and Khalidov is still taxing him with uppercuts flush on the beard in close.

 

Good bounceback from Khalidov in the 6th, found a second wind and battered Kuzmin for the first minute or two, both then did lots of stalling and leaning down the stretch.

 

Khalidov putting up jabs and jacking Kuzmin's jaw with short right hands. Kuzmin trying to roll with punches but getting hit and having to tie up. Kuzmin's face all marked up and bloody. Kuzmin with weak flurries. Khalidov with a hook - KUZMIN ROCKED! DOWN! OUT!
