Edwin Rodríguez has a horrific nickname - "Puto" (yes, the bitch) - and not too hot a record at 12-9-2...but has never been stopped in his career and has been matched tough, facing the likes of Gabriel Muratalla, Floyd Díaz, and Joshua Greer Jr. (holding the last to a draw). His best victory is snatching Saúl Sánchez's zero in 2019.

Saúl "The Beast" Sánchez was 12-0 last time he fought Rodríguez, and has gone 12-3 since that 1st encounter...including an unsuccessful challenge of Jason Moloney for the WBO bantamweight championship. It will have been a full year next Monday since his last outing, getting blitzed in a round by John Riel Casimero.

 

Edwin Rodríguez once lost an amateur match (before they switched to pro style scoring with the three point must system) against Óscar Valdez by a score of 22-4. Meaning he was outlanded nearly 6:1, ****.
