Quarry would impose himself on Foster, bully him and stop him.

It wouldn't be revenge for what Foster did to Mike Quarry because they didn't fight until 1972. But yes, Jerry would beat Bob Foster, and dont forge he destroyed big punching Mac Foster as well.

Foster is objectively a top 10 Light Heavyweight but he's not even top 100 at Heavyweight.

Quarry would beat Foster comfortably at Heavyweight.

    Hi Guys.
This topic got me thinking ( I know, I know ) as great as Foster was as a LHW, and he was, unlike other good/great 175lbs, he just couldn't carry that up to HW, I mean going back, you could say Langford did, sort of, Carpentier, Loughran, Rosenbloom, Greb, Gibbons, Dillion, Moore, Spinks, they all made the transition to HW, and some were very good, maybe it was Bob's rather slender frame, and quite thin legs, that hindered him ?
    stay safe guys.
    Mike.

Foster was very fast slick and could crush but he just seemed to lack durability at heavyweight ... I dont see him catching Quarry early nor do I see him enduring what Jerry could dish out at his best ... the devs not mean that Jerry couldn't blow it either but I doubt it ..
