Badou Jack's rematch with Mikaelian is scheduled for December 13th.

With Opetaia fighting on December 6th and Jack on December 13th, the chances of Opetaia fighting Jack on January 31st must be Buckley's and none.

 

Somebody needs to tap Lucas Browne on the shoulder and tell him enough is enough.

Browne just got stopped for the 4th consecutive time. This time by a 21 year old who has only been a pro for 2 years, had only 6 fights and only one previous KO win.

 

That’s crazy he actually looked decent in his bare knuckle debut not long ago

 

I saw a clip of the fight. Browne's opponent was in terrible shape but was still too strong for Browne. Not good at all.

'Sugar Neeks' Johnson, our only unified champion, will defend her bantamweight belts on the undercard of Jake Paul vs 'Tan' Davis' on November 14th (15th in Australia).

Johnson's opponent will be Canada's Amanda Galle 12-0-1.

 

Nikita Tszyu was in a car accident over the weekend he is ok but sustained some minor injuries.

Hoping we see Nikita back in action before the year is out. There's also been some talk about him appearing in Las Vegas during the NRL season kick-off. That could be another fight for him. One more after that would move him to 14 and 0 & have him in line for a crack at Bakhram for the IBF world title. Given Bakhram can't get fights, No Limit could put that one on out here with Main Events (the US promotional outfit, not the local PPV outfit although both would likely be involved). Who cares if Nikita doesn't win? Let's see a banger of a fight.

A few years ago, there was even some talk from NL of Timmy v Crawford that weekend...and look how that turned out.

Wish I had a dollar for everytime No Limit said that either Timmy or Nikita, or both, would be fighting that weekend over in Vegas.

Doesn't matter if he can't beat Bakhram. His ceiling is probably fighting for a world title. As you've acknowledged in your post, he might not even make it that far. If they Richard around for too long with him, he definitely won't. I reckon three more, then go for it. Brock Jarvis before the year is out - 12 and 0. A tough American club-fighter type over in Las Vegas - 13 and 0 & hopefully some decent rounds under his belt. Zerafa out here in a big domestic fight after that - 14 and 0. If he loses the last one, give Micky Z the title shot.
