its very sad. He appeared in good spirits until recently. Perhaps he was having a bad week and decided to end it. This is so tragic. If only he had just managed to get through that bad week or bad day, he might have changed his mind and enjoyed living. RIP champ. Really awful for his young kids.
I wonder how much the pressures of boxing contributed to this. The Pacman loss was especially psychologically damaging. I wish that fight had been more competitive. The one sidedness of that loss caused a lot of psychological harm IMO.
That's the thing about depression tho mate. It can make you feel absolutely crap even when everything s going great in your life. People who suffer with it tend to think their in the way of friends and family, and would be better off gone. Which of course is so the opposite of how loved ones Will feel. But it gets an hold of someone s mind and really ****s with it, horrible condition. Never suffered with it personally but I've known people who have, and wouldn't wish on anybody.
As his cause of death has now been confirmed, the specific cause of death was indeed what I had heard a few weeks ago, but I know many people wouldn’t want everyone knowing if that was a family member who had died in that way, compared to it just being natural causes or something.
Hearbreaking to hear of this new update on the cause of his death but also what most of use feared it would be. Condolences to his loved ones. Rest in power Champ.
