Bivol beat the best version of Canelo in terms of him being closest to his prime but it was at Light Heavyweight.

Mayweather probably had the biggest weight disadvantage and he schooled Canelo although he wasn't quite at his peak yet.

Crawford won a clear decision against Canelo and moved up two weightclasses. But realistically Crawford is Middleweight sized anyway and walks around over 180+ pounds plus Canelo is a bit past it now.

    I'd rank them like this.

    1. Bivol
    2. Mayweather
    3. Crawford

I know some people will be scratching their heads that I put Mayweather above Crawford. But Canelo was 168 pounds so he had a considerable weight advantage against Mayweather and he barely lost a round vs Canelo.

Whilst Crawford won a clear decision vs Canelo it wasn't anywhere near as emphatic as Mayweathers win.

All things considered I’d go Mayweather > Crawford > Bivol

If we're talking unofficial wins: GGG. Official: Floyd > Bivol > Crawford.

Floyd's win was the best, Floyd was well beyond post prime.

Crawford. At 38, he moved up two weight classes, specifically refused a rehydration clause and proceeded to beat Canelo at every range. Canelo wasn't drained or undersized in this one.

    He was drained against Mayweather.
He was too small against Bivol.
He was too shot against Crawford.
    Lara ran too much.

GGG beat him at his own game, walking him down. Then beat him again off the backfoot, by outboxing him. So both of the wins they robbed him of were more impressive.

Yea but he drained Canelo down to nothing

GGG outbox, outfought and outsexed a prime Canelo. At their best weights. No excuses.

This is a myth that keeps being mentioned all the time and it's flat out wrong.

Canelo weighed 153 pounds vs Trout prior to his fight vs Mayweather.

Canelo weighed 152 pounds vs Mayweather which is a grand total of 1 pound difference.

Canelo also rehydrated to 168 pounds come fight night and had a 14 pound weight advantage over Mayweather.

When you are cutting almost all your water weight it doesn't take much to totally kill your energy hit and miss. Canelo's lips were chapped and his **** was visibly schrivelled. Even a more hydrated Canelo would have got his plodding butt boxed off by Floyd.

GGG in my opinion though not a technical win we all know he won their fight.

My reasoning is at the point where GGG beat him Canelo was already accomplished and would go on to accomplish even more after.

Bivol’s win was good but to me it seemed like Canelo kinda gave up real challenges after him barring Crawford of course.

    Its between Crawford and Mayweather.

Crawford moved up two weight classes to beat a wealthy and seemingly unhungry Canelo who had morphed into a somewhat one dimensional fighter. Where as Floyd beat a young, hungry, still a bit green Canelo while giving him a catch weight and rehydration clause handicap.
