    Who wins the rematch if it goes down as originally scheduled? Can Moorer play it smart for 12 rounds this time? Would George even be a favorite after being outboxed by Axel Schulz?

    I think Moorer would have learn from his mistake and won a boring UD.

    Moorer learns from his mistake and wins a decision although he could maybe have some doubt in his mind after being KO'ed which could come into play.

    But Foreman never scored another stoppage in his career after the Moorer win. Fighters like Grimsley and Savarese were going the distance with Foreman at that time.

    So based on that I'd say Moorer by decision but I wouldn't bet on it.

    Moorer definitely wins, Moorers loss had more to do with him then Foreman he was being a dummy.

    Was this actually scheduled, what’s the background on the reasoning for it not happening, and I assume it never really got off the ground again?

    Financial dispute. The fight was originally scheduled for 29/02/1996.
