It is Parkers destiny to lose to Wardley

Wardley is a good fighter, there's no reason to say he'll be one of Parker's easiest fights.

 

I like Wardley. Top bloke. But Parker has way too much experience and ability. I expect a comfortable UD or late stoppage for Parker.

 

If this happens, I think I will understandably have to take a little break from boxing. I'll be back but i'll need a bit of time.

 

Anything can happen in HW boxing, its a good fight and those who are backing Parker to win have more than every reason to do so.

I just hope we don't get some BS cut caused by a headbutt, or especially a BS hometown decision which is rather possible in Fabio's backyard. I just want a proper hard and fair fight in which we will learn more from each fighter.

When I think about this fight I keep envisioning Parker winning the early rounds, trying to make a statement by being more aggressive, which will be his undoing. I see Wardley dragging him into a brawl and KO'ing him.

That being said, realistically Parker should win comfortably lol. But I'm going with my gut feeling.

 

Seeing how basic Wardley looked when Huni took it to him I can see Parker replicating this strategy, Wardley relying too much on a hail mary and his chin and proceeding to get sparked out in brutal fashion before round 6.

 

Honestly I could see it happening due to Parker’s loss of mobility with that new 270 pound frame. He’s noticeably slower and more hittable, and I think he will pay for that against Wardley. Might bet on it tbh considering how good the odds for Parker are

 

I doubt he gets dropped mutlple times, but can definitely see a brit stoppage or controversial decision.

If he gets hurt the ref will jump in straight away on the other hand Parker will have to nail him to the floor to get a stoppage.

 

I can see the ref picking him up off the canvas or asking the corner to help him get to the corner and seeing the round get called over.

or the old british its only a 10 rounder now not 12

 

50/50 fight because Parker has to win 11 rounds to get a decision and thats tough but probably 50/50 likelihood

 

@MarkusFlorez99 is one of the best forum members and I'm glad he's here, I understand his optimism that Wardley will win, but I have to say that Parker is technically better and Wardley has that devastating and always dangerous punch, the fight will be great...

I have a funny feeling he's going to botch it and get sparked. Can't see him losing a decision to Wardley though. If it goes all 12 he'll have won too many clear rounds to lose on the cards.
