Can't give it to someone who fought only once this year.

Bam for me if he beats Puma Martinez. That would be 2 unification wins this year.

Usyk already beat that guy dummy. Crawfords win was more impressive anti American troll.

I will never understand this trend over the last 15 years or so of giving FIGHTER OF THE YEAR to guys who compete in the most boring ass fights of the year.

I don't know who started it this time. Maybe it was a combination of Mayweather and fans who focus solely on belt collectors.

But, if a fight is dull, it's dull. If a fighter is boring, he's boring.

I can't see giving someone Fighter of the Year if he won a belt or multiple belts but bored the living crap out of everyone in the process.

It's happened before in boxing history. But it seems to happen more and more these days.

    There are a million belts.

Give the Fighter of the Year award to someone who wins great fights that given year.

Not because he won an uneventful or even boring fight that we "were told" was the biggest fight of the year, but ended up being utterly forgettable.

Depending on what happens in the next couple of fights, I'd probably make Bam or Junto my top two choices.

Funnily enough, if both Bam and Nakatani close out strong, it's arguable Crawford is the least deserving of the top four.

Thought Bud was brilliant against Canelo, but the one-fight-a-year shtick is rightly frowned upon.

Inoue deserves it for his four wins but Terence Crawford already has the award sewn up. The historical significance of what Crawford did and who he did it against will be too much for Monster or anyone else to overcome.

Pumita Martinez might have a shout if he beats Bam. Beating Ioka and Bam in the same year would be immensely impressive.

No, running for most of 12 rounds against a faded plodder in your own country is less impressive than coming from a foreign country and knocking out a prime, bigger puncher in his home town.

But Inoue deserves to win based on his 4 linear defenses of the championship, as long as he wins in December. Unlike you, I can judge boxers on what they actually accomplish.

Canelo is the face of boxing clown and the judges are more than likely to favor him. What crawford did was outstanding while usyk beat a man he already beat before easily. The two wins aren't within 10000 light years of each other so stop trying to discredit a superior win in favor over an inferior one it's pathetic. We all know why youre trying to discredit Crawford. With that said inoue has a better case for fighter of the year than usyk. Either inoue or Crawford deserve it.

    You are the clown.

You would never, ever choose Inoue over Crawford, no matter what he accomplished.

In contrast, I choose Inoue over Usyk because he's accomplished more this year.

You never praised Bivol when he beat Canelo. Nor did you praise GGG when he (deservedly) beat Canelo in their first fight.

Canelo with his multiple losses is not really such a great win as you make it out to be, especially since he's faded and slow-footed now.

You're the clown and an excuse maker and as I previously stated no reasonable person would ever say Usyk's rematch win over Dubois is a better win than Crawford's over canelo that's just how deep your hate runs. It also shows you lack credibility when discussing boxing thanks for once again exposing yourself clown.
I praised bivols win of canelo do a search in that fights rbr thread dummy. I didnt think ggg beat Canelo I scored the first fight a draw the second and third fight for canelo.
Inoue and crawford are both more deserving of fighter of the year than usyk.

Your dumbass agreed with that clown saying usyks win over Dubois is more impressive than crawfords win over canelo. You have no credibility.
