It’s hard enough asking take 1942 Louis and 1962 Liston and who wins. Even that requires allowing for some poetic license but the PED thing is impossible to predict. What does he take? For how long? How do his workouts change? How do his trainers work with it? It sounds like a way to just project a favorite fighter into what ever you want to make him. Impossible to predict an outcome.

No. Peds don't automatically make a champion. Hardly. Take a look around.. they're all on peds. Peds do not improve technique. He could beat Ali as he was (aggressive, power punching.. that technique) or not.
