A change in circumstances will see Teremoana on our card in Dec. International opponent announced soon. Someone whose record isn’t amazing on paper but who can crack and who I think will at least extend him some rounds which is critical for his development.

The Tasman Dec 06 card is going to be huge.

Mate if it sticks together I feel it’s the best this country has seen in many, many moons. As a matchmaker, I know that’s a big if haha. Fingers crossed.

And I saw a post that maybe Tyler Blizzard will be added to the card as well.

Anyone think Leutele will be competitive this time around against Huni? He gave it his best in the first fight but the inactivity might hinder him in the rematch.

Lets hope it is someone in the top 100 and not in the top 500.

It's not someone in the top 100 ffs :D He hasn't seen more than 6 minutes of professional action yet. It's a 6 rounder.

Joe Parker fairly philosophical after the loss:

“Listen, it sucks losing a fight.

"I won’t sit here and pretend I’m all happy, but life goes on. Boxing is part of what I do, but I’m very blessed with a wife, kids and a happy family.

“I want to go back to them, regroup and see what’s next, but it does suck. I’m going to continue to go on. This is just a bump in the road, and I’m still going to carry on. I felt good out there. I still have the fire in me, it still burns, and I guess I have to show that in the next fight.

“Otherwise, if it doesn’t go my way again, then it will be very difficult.

“At the end of the fight, I thought I was fine but I’m not the one reffing the fight. I thought I was doing well in the fight, but I got caught, and that’s boxing. I wanted to carry on, of course.

“I’m good. Congratulations to Fabio Wardley. He’s a warrior, he’s a tough man. Hopefully we can have a rematch.”

Considering Hunni on short notice was schooling Wardley compared to Parker how Parker was doing when he was also caught. Doesn't look so bad for Hunni

I wouldn’t mind seeing Parker v Huni next here in Australia.

Both Huni and Parker had match winning leads on their respective cards against Wardley but were stopped within sight of the end.

Does Ben Mahoney enter back into the Tszyu sweepstakes with a win here?
