    Why Kronk?

Because Andy Lee for years was a close disciple of Manny Steward - and was trained deeply in the Kronk philosophy

Lee has trained Parker in this mode, and it is coming out more and more

Curious as to your reasoning. Because imo there's no way Parker gets blasted out in round 1 against any current heavyweight, let alone Wardley.

He got this. He's going to box like Huni for a minute, and get Wardly good and confused, then introduce him to his own power.

    Short night.

I have a bet on Wardley by KO/TKO/DQ at 7/1 and am trying to meme it into reality.

Solid odds. I've noticed the overall odds are tightening the close we get to the fight. I've covered Parker for a win on rounds 1-6 with a cheeky fiver on round 10 just incase.

Knowing my luck it'll either go the distance or end on round 7 though.

Definitely a risk by Parker to carry the extra weight, he is clearly betting that he can stay in range, control the centre of the ring, and get Wardley's respect. If that doesn't turn out to be the case then he is in for a tough night; he will not have the legs or stamina to dance around Wardley for any prolonged period. Given past precedent of how Parker responds to educated pressure then I am starting to seriously doubt him in this fight; for example Parker was pushed to the limit by Takam, could have lost to Ruiz, was dropped and lost to Whyte (though TBF I didn't agree with the scorecards, and the first knockdown was BS), could have lost to Chisora in the first fight, and he crumbled under Joyce's pressure in their match. I don't think piling on the lbs will make Parker resistant to Wardley's pressure, but it will make him less equipped to avoid it.

Let’s hope it does not turn into a Joyce mk2 fight , If it does then Team Parker have learned nothing from the Joyce fight !

Living in NZ we pickup things about Parker more easily.

We were the ones who saw early signs of a big rennaisance several fights ago

And now we see signs of "Parker the Big KO machine" emerging

He is becoming a true Kronk man, and eventually everyone will know it

Sorry mate but bringing in fights from 10, 9 and 7 years ago respectively is not serious analysis. Joyce in 2022 was a completely different behemoth to his current opponent and he flogged Chisora in a 4 KD beatdown in their rematch.

Parker is coming in lighter than his last fight and looking like an absolute unit. Definitely going for the early KO.

Also all boxing on the outside will achieve is giving Wardley the chance to mount a solid offensive. We all saw against Huni how he reacts to pressure.

If Wilder or Zhang couldn't one-punch KO Parker out of there, I highly doubt Wardley can; he's a British-level fighter being elevated way above his station.
