Figured Casimero was going to lose at some point. For years his fans kept claiming that he was this threat to Inoue who was being ducked when he was never anywhere near Inoue’s level. Hopefully this will finally shut them up.

 

Casimero lost? YES! Finally people will shut about him and Inoue! Ugh, I am sick of this mythical Casimero who could whoop anyone's ass.

And it kinda bothers me to say it in this way as I used to be a fan of Casimero. But his relevancy ended in 2021 after his unification fight with Rigondeaux, as for some reason Casimero basically walked away from championship boxing.
Someone a while back said why he did it, but its still bizzare to me how at the prime of his career he packed it up and ****ed off into irrelevancy.

And the irony of this loss coming in Kyrgyzstan of all places, it tickles the hell out of me.

Tbf i dont fully disagree that a focused disciplined casimero would have given inoue some trouble at least back then when they were both at 118. But this casimero is long gone from that version so inoue murks his ass in 2 rds
