I’ve got Mitchell winning this — just listening on the radio, and I can almost hear the echo of Smith talking nonsense on DAZN.

Edit: Adam Smith on the commentary, talking the nonsense that is.

The undercard is one of the main reasons for all of the negative comments about the card. Essentially it’s £25 for one fight - no thank you!!!

Smith Dawson fight was a decent watch, fair play MS dropped Dawson end of 1st and simply landed the more spiteful punches.

Smith at least will get another fight under Warren and it will possibly be against someone like Archie Sharp so a good domestic fight and a few quid for both.

yes it’s a shocker isn’t it, Whyte-Chisora could be chief support and it would still be borderline for a pony!

Yup – good fight. I had it 7–3 Smith; he was running away with it and sealed it in the final rounds, yet the commentary had it like Arnie was terminating him. I swear to God, Adam Smith and Barry Jones on commentary would respectively give an aspirin and a paracetamol a headache with how they were judging it. Had me believing he was going to get robbed at the end. Got a double on Smith and Parker — might actually be able to afford the next PPV if Parker does the business.

Adam Smith making out that it makes it a huge deal and great value for the ppv if there’s a load of top heavyweight boxers there tonight

Parker is ridiculously overrated. I had him losing to Ruiz and Fury along with his losses to Whyte, Joshua, and Joyce. Joyce nearly put him out to pasture. Parker in that fight threw more punches than nearly any time in his career and showed more determination. Still got absolutely obliterated.

Since Joyce he's boxed two no marks, Jack Massey who he couldn't put a dent in and looked rocked at one point. He beat the ghost of the shell of Wilder who was old and couldn't throw a punch. Still couldn't put him down even for a count. Scraped past Zhang because Z ishang was forties and well overweight and had zero stamina. We've seen both of them flattened in the next fights. Parker couldn't put a dent in either.

Bakole took it on something like 36 hours' notice. Fat as a pig. No camp. Two or three flights. Zero sleep. Didn't even have gloves that fit him properly.

Wardley is no legend but he's younger, fresher, more active, and on the up than the lot Parker's beat recently. Who has Parker KO'd in his entire career? Coming in that heavy is going to do him no favours. I've met him twice and he's not a very big bloke. He's 6 foot 3 at best and he has pumped himself up to that weight. That will sap his stamina. He's no spring chicken at 33 either. I can't think of a single KO in his career that impressed against a proper opponent.

This whole Andy Lee thing is a load of tosh.

I'm not saying he won't win, as Wardley has only been in against a couple of decent opponents and I'm not sure how good he is, but Wardley would probably have beaten all of those opponents Parker has, easily, and stopped them also. I couldn't see Wardley going life and death with an ancient Chisora either.

I am hoping the Parker hype train ends tonight. He's bored us to death for ten year and that's enough as far as I'm concerned. I don't fall for the nice guy act either.

This is the most disgraceful PPV card in a while. Hope people haven’t lined up Frank Warren’s pockets for serving up this undercard.

What did you think of Royston? First time I’ve actually seen him fight and I was pretty impressed. There are some really good domestic match-ups to be made with the likes of Garner, Padley, Bellotti and co before they step him up.

You’re right though — you’d expect more from a PPV show. These two coming up now, I’ve never seen them before either. The fights themselves aren’t bad, to be fair, from a competitive viewpoint.
