Not saying Wardley will have a similar fate, but I dont trust heavyweights that take a lot of punishment and win through attrition.
I cant help but have flashbacks of when Joyce walked through Parker and in doing so was anointed an atg and heir apparent to the throne, only to lose his very next two fights by KO, lose 4 of the next 5 and become relatively irrelevant.

Anyways, bring on Usyk vs Wardley I guess... cant say Im very intreagued by the fight, its basically a complete lose lose scenario for an Usyk who should just retire at this point. There is no worthy challenger.

Incredible fight, and congratulations to Wardley; his chin, power and toughness are top level even if his skill isn't. I thought Parker came in too heavy and the fight didn't change my opinion; his speed and footwork were his biggest assets and he neutered them coming in so heavy. I know the stoppage is the elephant in the room; I thought it was too early and given the back and forth trajectory of the fight Howard Foster should have let it play it out longer. Nevertheless that is not something in Wardley's control. Going forward though Usyk will be a step too far for Wardley; most likely Usyk will counter him to oblivion and stop him on his feet.

Wardley had blown his gasket there and Parker was still intelligently defending himself.

easily, like they say run from a gun run towards a knife, he will back him up from get go and Wardley won’t be able to do sweet **** all, the gap in skill is night and day.

will be a demolition job ala fury wilder 2 but with less clinching and less clubbing blows.

The weight was a factor. I think he was pretty much gassed and was getting caught so much because he was too tired tog et out of the way. Risky coming in so heavy and it didn't pay off.

Get this guys! Just found out the ref, Howard Foster, is a Brit. I thought these type of biased set ups only happened in Merica. LOL

Speed, power, and referees from the same country —a potent combo.

Usyk boxes circles around him and probably stops Wardley

HE LITERALLY DID THROW PUNCHES! Wtf are you on about?
Wardley was unloading on Parker, Parker returned fire and then backed off. Wardley then let his hands go again and the ref stopped the fight, only that Wardley did not land a single punch in that final sequence.

Should have laid all those 260 on Wardley.
