A little disappointed in Parker. Honestly, Wardley has no defense.

Yeah this was Froch-Groves territory garbage stoppage. Had Foster allowed the fight to continue Wardley could've punched himself out there (very likely!).

The ref stood SO CLOSE to them the whole fight. There were even moments when he bumped into them or interrupted some sequences.

Yeah I'm not seeing what all the fuss is about either TBH.

Yeah it was a bit on the quick side but I've seen far worse stoppages. And Wardley was well on top and had thrown like 20+ consecutive punches landing some hurtful shots without Parker landing anything back in return.

Whether it was a bit quick or not I still feel Wardley would of definitely stopped Parker regardless.

It very much reminds me of the Joshua vs Klitchsko stoppage.

One thing I will say is despite Parker being robbed of a victory....................Wardley appears to be made of iron. Then again, Parker is not a huge hitter either. Wardley I would like to see take shots from guys that can actually hit, and the division has a number of those

I mean, Fabio had been wailing on him for like 30 seconds, and Parker was only able to muster a few paltry counters with no real sting on them. When Parker dropped his hands looking knackered and backed to the ropes, that would be more than enough to prompt even a non-British ref to stop it. Quite frankly Foster by his low standards was lenient as hell.

Stoppage didn't seem outrageous to me. I was surprised the stop didn't come on the earlier barrage.

If you look at the head on replay, JP was away with the fairies.
