Would also like to see Wardley vs Dubois. That would be fun. Parker is a good opponent for Itauma in a few fights. Still seems way too soon for Moses, who’s only fought a faded Whyte and nobody else, and that was just one round of experience.
Not a bad fight. Parker is 33 but shop worn 33. Not sure if he can take a long rebuilding or dive head in with all the contenders. There is also Huni.
If Parker dont get a huge money fight, i could see him fighting Itauma. The reason i have Parker as the most respected man of his era is because he dont give a F**K. He will fight anyone regardless.
I can see Parker taking any fight if he plans on continuing. He's not the type to sit around fighting tin cans, he seems to like the challenge. I'd like to see Parker take on AJ, Kabayel or Itauma next. Needs to keep sharp and active. Otherwise, probably better to hang them up rather than be relegated to a gatekeeping role.
It would be a very interesting matchup, but I think, given Warren's statements, they'll try to organize an Usyk-Wardley fight. Turki Alalshikh wasn't interested in an Usyk-Parker fight, if he's interested in an Usyk-Wardley fight there will be significant purses and we'll most likely get the fight. All that remains is to wait and see how things unfold.
I'd just like to see Itauma fight instead of sitting about stagnating. Looks like he won't be out until Feb. Very inactive for this stage of his career.
