As everyone has said on here before, how many people are paying for these shows on DAZN PPV. The vast majority of people who would subscribe to Sky Sports do not know that DAZN exist. Many of those people probably don’t know who Fabio Wardley is. Then there’s 4 PPVs in 2 months while a cost of living crisis is going on. The buys must be tiny. Then Itauma is back early next year PPV, Joshua’s back PPV, Usyk’s back PPV etc etc. DAZN is basically Prime Time. Do you remember them. They were a PPV channel that showed the Super Six with Froch ( until he went to Sky ) , Hatton’s last fight and various other stuff . That was taking the p1ss but at least you didn’t have to subscribe . This DAZN thing has gone mental.
I really hope this is promoted as a stand alone fight night, not PPV, UK, couple of British title fights on the undercard.
The undercard will be dreadful. It’s in January and McCormack and Vuong won’t be on the card as they are fighting a few weeks before. Not complaining about seeing a Brit challenging for a World Title landing in the UK though.
Chisora should thank his lucky stars people still want to put him on their shows. Proper self-entitled big baby.
