    I have two

    Prince-Barera

    Jorge Luis Gonzalez-Bowe

It was great seeing those two cocky fighters losing in one sided defeats

I could see you smiling and poking your tongue out, and I thought, Right, this guy’s going to get it now.

This one was like watching a cat play with its food.

I have to say I derived satisfaction from Maidana-Broner too.

When I was younger, I loved that Michael Spinks beat Larry Holmes Maybe Holmes was not cocky, but his opponent picking seemed to me back then was done on purpose so he could tie or surpass Rocky Marciano and he had actually lost to Witherspoon-arguably- and to Williams-definitely.

I also wanted Macho Camacho to lose badly. By the time he lost to Greg Haugen , my ardor had cooled off, I still loved boxing but it was not the center of my world. Music and acting were. You can thank the two bands I had been in for that change lol

Hindsight is 20/20. As the decades went by, I got to know them both and see how good human beings they were in actuality.

I was happy that Maidana beat Broner, for sure.

All the best examples have already been taken, but whoever the guy is in the following video gets an honorable mention. I was ready to see him get knocked out about 10 seconds after learning of his existence. Thankfully, his opponent delivered in a big way...

    Watson beating Benn.

Benn really matured after that and became likeable.

Most boxing fans enjoyed "El Torito" getting beat into tears by Yory Boy.

Leonard getting dumped by Camacho was strangely satisfying for some reason too.
