    Definitely early BUT ....
Parker was fighting stupid and not holding/taking a knee
    Parker was cut
There was still a minute left in the round and Wardley has a great gas tank

So i think Wardley would have probably have stopped Parker anyway.

Parker fought silly fight tbh and came in way too heavy.

    Wardley deserved the win.

That's the problem, Parker wasn't really defending himself. He kept getting clipped and nailed even when attempting to roll with the shots. He wasn't firing back or blocking, so the ref stopped it. Wardley is a fairly heavy puncher and can do real damage if he's allowed to just let his hands go.

On the spectrum of stoppage it certainly leans towards the early side. Nothing to lose sleep over though, this isn't a Calzaghe v Manfredo situation lol.

It’s a bad stoppage in my opinion.

However, Parker doesn’t seem to have been angered by it.

Wardley also benefited from Huni not being given a reasonable opportunity to continue either.

Good stoppage, now do Wardley-Itauma-Kabayel. Prolonging it would only shorten Parker's career. Come to think of it, if that was Dubois, he would have quit already during that round 2 action.

Great stoppage. not only did Parker not fire back, he didnt even move his feet, or his head... If he could have finished, than he has no one to blame but himself for making such an amateur mistake...

With that said, I believe Parker is a smart fighter than that, and he must have been hurt or something for him to have stood there with his hands up doing nothing while absorbing bombs...

Didn't really like the stoppage (at all given the context).

It looked like Wardley decided to empty the tank to try to get Parker out of there - likely knowing he was behind on the cards. He was lucky Foster was there to ensure he didn't have to fight the 12th, or even the remainder of the 11th, the way he collapsed to the floor.

Last three shots Parker is watching them, hands-up, and trying to parry. Just prior to this he unsuccessfully attempted to fight off the ropes and push Wardley back. He was clearly still defending himself, albeit buzzed and knackered, but Wardley was also exhausted and didn't land clean in the final exchange.

Any other referee and I doubt it gets stopped. But we know what Foster is about, especially on a Warren card. Rotten stuff

What happened to beating the defending champion clean?

Even so, none that is not Wardley's fault, he put in a great performance. But really, there should be an immediate rematch

Not a good stoppage, not the worst I've ever seen but it's still bad. Yea Parker should also of held, taken a knee or pulled a Trinidad and low blow'd him.

I didn't hear Foster say "show me something" or warn Parker just stop it after 3 big misses from Wardleyr. Also this isn't exactly the first time Foster has questionably stopped a fight, in fact he has a history more than most refs
