Very curios because I don't really think in terms of p4p very often so I was just wondering what your Top 5 are and why.

    1. Sugar Ray Leonard, best resume in history. Wins over Duran, Hearns and Hagler. Probably the best combination of talent, athleticism, fight IQ and mentality ever.

    2. Muhammad Ali, best heavyweight resume by a long shot. Lison, Patterson, Foreman, Frazier, Norton, as well as a truly elite prime 1965-1967, with speed never seen before or since at heavyweight, he could easily have been #1 if he never lost those three years of his prime.

    3. Roy Jones, best H2H boxer of all time. Not just wins over Hopkins and Toney but complete shutouts. Never even looked mortal in his prime. Only thing keeping him from #1 is that his resume is a bit light outside of those two.

    4. Floyd Mayweather. Absolutely elite prime at 130 and 135. In addition his resume is absolutely stacked with champions, yes, a lot of them weren't at their absolute best but that doesn't make them free wins. The sheer variety of styles he faced while barely ever looking beatable is crazy.

    5. Is where I think there's a lot of guys who have great arguments. Carlos Monzon's resume is stacked, Manny Pacquiao of course with titles in eight weight classes, Pernell Whitaker made multiple other ATGs look absolutely foolish. I wouldn't be angry at anyone in this spot, but I feel like the four above guys are a comfortable tier ahead of any of them.

Just FYI I don't know jack about boxing pre circa 1965 so if you want to tell me some guy with only grainy black and white footage would destroy Ray Leonard, I guess I can't argue with that.

Sam Langford, Harry Greb, Henry Armstrong, Bob Fitzsimmons, Sugar Ray Robinson. Any order you like but Bob should be fifth.

    Hi Buddy.
My list would look very similar, with Greb at 1, maybe I would swop Ross for Duran, that apart a good list, especially like Walker being included, not many do, well done.
    stay safe buddy, chat soon.
