No way! Knyba is not terrible. He's a huge 6'7" with am 86" reach, and despite a limited amateur career, he uses it well, jabbing and moving. He has fast hands, good stamina, and he and he seems to have power when he wants to turn it on. Buuuuut...he spends so much time throwing pitty-patt bull**** in there. Kabayel will give him the baptism by fire. I expect Agit to win because Knyba has no experience anywhere near this level. But he's not a can himself. Just inexperienced. It's not out of the question that this is a good fight.
They raised my boy like pig for slaughter. I hope Damian uses those rounds with Kabayel to up his game, because he ain't winning.
There was no fight to pull out from in the first place. Just because the fight was discussed, doesn't mean it was set in stone. If Dubois faced Kabayel, you would say that he pulled out fom the Sanchez fight? Lol.
That'll be the excuse, and it amazes me that anyone can say it with a straight face and call themselves a boxing fan. In truth, though, it's not like he hasn't spent most of his career taking the easy path... **** poor.
I shouldn't be shocked that there are people defending this as a good fight... But **** me, sometimes it feels like fighters could pull literal bums off the street and someone would post that it's a dangerous fight.
Confirmed now that Kabayel fighting Knyba. How has Knyba found himself in an eliminator already? Who has he beaten? What has he proven to prove that he is worthy of being in an eliminator fight? I don’t care that Knyba is unbeaten, this is a poor fight. And it says a lot that Hysa and Yoka were the others mentioned…
The how is simple... He's proved nothing, beaten no-one of note and isn't worthy of being in an eliminator. In other words - he's got the fight for two reasons: he's not very good and Kabayel likes that.
I have to admit I've never heard of the guy. And Illinois has twice as many Polish residents as New Jersey. I saw Adamek fight here live several times. Golota. Wach. Fonfara. Saleta. Szpilka. Masternak. Kownacki. Never heard of this fellow. Guess I'll have to look him up.
I agree it looks weird but on thw other hand , who of the better guys is currently available and willing to face kabayel ? Usyk not , dubois not . Aj not . Starting rematches or even trilogies with guys kabayel already has beaten ?
