Does Fabio Wardley rank above Deontay Wilder all time now?

Serious question, are you Fabio Wardley?

 

based on accomplishments and his ability in the ring

 

List his wins better than Wardleys over Parker and Huni in that case

 

Luis Ortiz was definitely better than Huni

Wardley went life and death with Frazier Clarke (should've lost imo)

Is Frazier Clarke even better than Dominic Braezele ?

 

Clarke and Huni are bums.. Parker is better than any Wilder win, I'd put them about even.

 

Fury's career was built around koing bum ass Wilder. They both suck.

 

Parker has wins over Ruiz, Wilder, Zhang, Bakole, Chisora. Ortiz best win is probably Jennings. How can Ortiz be the better win when there is such a big gap in accomplishments? Seems like a hard sell.

 

I said than Ortiz was better than Huni and yes its very possible that the version of Ortiz that Wilder beat was bettet than this Parker

 

I realized why so many people on here put so much stock into fighters resumes

Its because they have no idea how to evaluate a fighter without that

 

If this board was around in 1981, some here would rank Trevor Berbick over George Foreman because Berbick won a decision over a shot Ali and stopped John Tate, and Foreman lost to Ali, Frazier sucked (couldn't even beat Jumbo Cummings), and Foreman never beat anyone as good as John Tate.

Wardley has been a top-rated contender by Ring for ONE WEEK, for God's sake.

Wilder was for EIGHT CONSECUTIVE YEARS.

 

Wilder beat a dozen Hunis for Christ sake and gets credit for beating none of them. Huni's 12-1. His next fight is a rematch with the "great" Kiki Toa Leutele.

Only one org bothers to rate Huni at #13.

Maybe Wardley will beat 24 more Hunis and get to 44 wins, too. We'll see.

He dropped Frazer in that fight and nearly killed him in the rematch. Wardley has better instincts than Wilder and more skill honestly that's a 50/50 fight

 

His best wins are Stiverne and Ortiz which are easily matched by Parker and Huni. Who did Ortiz and Stiverne beat?

 

No, it's much simpler than that... Because resumes tell you far more than the eye test.

The level you can do it at is FAR more important in evaluating level than how good you look doing it - looking slick as hell or looking like you're guaranteed a KO at journeyman level is much, much less of an indicator of success at contender level than a guy grinding out ugly wins at contender level already (even if there are some losses there, too).

The higher up the levels you go, the less guys make it - the assumption should always be, therefore, that guys aren't better than they've proved... Until they prove it.... Because far more won't prove it than will.
