Elite professional boxers have 2 options:

• Fight real boxers, get paid around $2M per fight plus heavy brain damage and shortened life span
• Fight Paul, get paid around $50M, with no damage

Paul is good for not only boxers' bank accounts, but also for their health.

Oh, look, its not 50 million... And there is no verifiable source to that 40 million claim. For years now BS sites like Marca have ran clickbait headlines about fight earnings, and unfortunately people eat up the BS.

There is no ****ing way Netflix is paying 90 million for a single fight.

I said $50M, and i proved you that it's close to that amount, $40M. If Paul pays Tank $40M, he'll pay Crawford and Usyk at least $75M each.

Where the hell is all of the money coming from? Hint: its not real. There are no actual verifiable sources to these ridiculous purse claims.

 

How would I know? If it wasn't real, Davis wouldn't quit real boxing in order to do exhibition fights with Paul. Apparently Paul attracts audience.

 

Obviously there is big money involved with Jake Paul, I am not denying that, but these 40, 50, 70, and 90 million dollar purses are fiction.

 

Honestly think a few of Paul’s fights have been fixed. His form looks awfully sloppy after the first few rounds.

 

In a sport where people can die in the ring, entertaining the idea of a 2x heavyweight champion with an 89% KO ratio fighting a clout-chasing YouTuber should be banned by boards globally. Joshua is limited and far from his best, but we saw what he did to Ngannou.

No other sport would allow it; we don't give actors or YouTubers minutes in the NFL or give them a few minutes upfront in a Premier League game. Hearn should not be entertaining this fight at all. He's talking about fighting Badou Jack and then Joshua next year; the delusion is off the scale, and it is a dreadful look for the sport.

When Paul inevitably cherry-picks someone and it goes wrong, and he ends up getting flatlined, everyone will be asking how the sport let it happen and why nobody stopped it sooner. The blame will be shifted onto boxing.
