Can you please change this title to M. Bison? Thanks.

    Surely that's unfair to Foreman?.....

Mike Tyson wins this convincing under these circumstances. Not only was he at his peak before things started going to hell but Foreman was still in the early phases of his comeback

I'm glad you asked this because I have the answer and it is no. I was as surprised about that as you are no doubt surprised about it right now.

Tyson. Foreman was still rusty and didn’t reach his best form until 1990 IMO. He struggled a bit with Qawi in 1988.

    Hindsight is 20/20...

In 1988 I thought Foreman was crazy because Tyson was unstoppable.

But now I see Foreman' s reach and chin would make sure this fight goes the distance. Also, his power would earn Tyson's respect and keep Mike honest.

    Tyson by a close decision.

Tyson would put such a bad beating on Foreman that he'd find atheism.

I belong to the minority school of thinkers who believe that 88 Tyson beats any Foreman. The 70s Foreman was too wide open for Mike and the comebacking George was too slow. You'll have always people who bring up what George did to Frazier, but Frazier and Tyson were different fighters.
