a 39 year old, closing in on 40 Wlad same year he was caught popping dirty
a WBC Champion who avoided everyone half decent for years who nearly bottled it twice against a 49 year old Cuban with heart problems in Wilder
a 37 year old in his words "harmless midget middleweight" in Usyk

    "DaNgErOuS" :confused:

David Price could have happened he vacated.
Pulev could have happened, he pulled out.
Could have easily fought AJ at any given time.
Could have fought Joyce instead chose Chisora 3.
Turned pro same time as Povetkin, both fought up until Povetkin retired. Couldnt have fought Povetkin at any point in over a decade?
2023 he had a clear schedule dragging Usyk along. Usyk took Dubois, what did Fury do? Did absolutely nothing but build up a Ngannou fight. Been a year since he got smoked by Usyk twice, could have had 2 fights against 2 World Level operators since them beatings.

If you honestly believe from 2008-2025, that resume of opponents is the best he could muster up then i dont know what to tell you.

Thing is, you don't even understand why it's a joke.

You really don't know how big a gap there is between 'average' and 'great' do you?

I'll help you because I feel sorry for you:

AVERAGE is a number central or typical in a set of data. When we are talking about heavyweight boxing, there are over 28,000 active heavyweights. So average is the middle or toward the middle of those. That means around the boxer ranked around 14,000th.

In your poll the next option above what is effectively the 14,000th ranked fighter in the world is 'great.'

Do I need to tell you what great means so you can see how far the gap is between 'average' and 'great' ?

It’s funny people started rating Fury lower after the Usyk loss. The two Usyk fights were the two best performances of Fury’s career. He did not box better in any of his other fights.

Look up the definitions of the words you used. Because you really don't seem to know what they mean.

Or did you leave the gaping gap between 'average' and 'great' to try and sway the vote the way you wanted it to go?

Either way you've been called out on it, whether you like it or not and plainly you don't.

Your attempt at humour - assuming that's what it is - is worse than your bent poll.

Google is your friend. Go look up the meaning of the words you used so you don't look quite as illiterate next time.

Eh he faded in ways he wouldn't normally. First bout messing around in opening rounds and then slowing after having his best rounds for a breather was sad to watch....if he remained fit and conditioned for that year prior he would have won that fight. 2nd bout was two absolute masters who fully knew each other focusing on edging rounds by small margins, nothing like the 1st bout which had flaws from both. Totally light years ahead of their competition in terms of boxing ability and IQ it really was laughable and refreshing. No way Fury isn't fighting again he won't retire on a loss. Probably KO AJ then done.

Fair enough if that is your opinion but he was the underdog going into the Wlad and Wilder fight he was also the away fighter. He was trash talking Usyk which is normal before a lot of fights we all knew how good Usyk is and so did Fury. He lost but they were both good fights and there is no shame in losing to a great man like Usyk he also won more rounds against Usyk then anyone else at heavyweight.
