Back in RJJR's prime he had a decent chin. It wasn't cracked until he dehydrated himself going from Heavyweight to Light Heavyweight against two massive punchers in the twilight of his prime. GGG was a massive puncher, but he broke opponents down over the course of the fight, not 1 punch artist. I doubt he carries his punch all the way up to 175.

I respect that you have an opinion but its simply wrong. GGG wanted Sergio Martinez, wanted Canelo, wanted Cotto. He was collectively ducked for years. GGG did the next best thing and stayed active and fought all available champs and/or ranked opponents. That's all any fan can ask.

But when fighters are great the cones always get moved. RJJ looked invincible in his prime BUT he literally failed a performance enhancing drug - in his prime.

GGG wouldve dog walked that juicer

Beating who ? Their resumes are worlds apart. I don't care what happened to Roy after he hit 35, he beat so many world level operators and a couple all time greats that losing several times in his late 30s isn't indicative of his best days, a younger Roy beats Golovkin, easier than most people think

Would Roy be able to take GGG's power?

As in could Roy's notorious feeble old lady glass jaw withstand a full power GGG bomb?

The answer to this is obviously a resounding NO

If a GGG bomb even grazes that disgraceful embarrassment of an excuse for a chin Roy is going on vacation to the shadow realm again

And let's not keep conveniently forgetting that prime Roy was a lab creation walking pharmacy and I'm certainly not allow that to happen on my watch

Toney was too but the version who fought Roy was quite clearly as flat as a pancake listless weight drained to death cadaver who never fought at the weight again

Roy said pudgy natural 154 Jorge Castro gave him his toughest fight. Granted, like GGG, he had an iron chin but Castro only trained on public holidays and wasn't near as skilful as GGG.

Roy couldn't put a dent in him and he wouldn't put one in GGG either who was never dropped in just under 400 fights amateur and pro. Roy was sparked out or knocked absolutely senseless vs the vast majority of legit bangers he fought.

Anyone who actually believes Roy's fish bone chin is withstanding GGG's power is as delusional as those who actually believed his ''Ripped Fuel'' excuse when he got caught red handed jousting steroids in his ass

And the resume thing wasnt all GGGs fault. He tried making those fights. Few would accept until GGG was 35+. There was a reason for that.

    RJJ gets CHOPPED.

Ironically enough, all the fights that people cite as evidence of weakness in Golovkin came after he was 35.

Before then he was like Ares in the ring, peerless.

Give all 3 canelo fights to GGG, add Pirog, Charlo, Billy Joe, Andre Ward to that resume and Roy still beats him

These guys like to play too many games on this forum. I just don't have the patience anyone for the gymnastics. Some of these anti-American posters are actually very good, but most you have to wonder who are you debating with. Like how in the hell can you compare Jones's and Bivol's careers at 34/35? It's just baffling.
