Needs to find one that's just right.

 

Was it a punch from the Gods that affected his equilibrium so much he had to lean on the ropes until the referee had no choice but to stop it?

Seriously. It's utter crazy irresponsible if this fight goes ahead.

 

Makes me think of Floyds comments where there was a No KD NDA...we'll see. Tyson was old but even Mike seemed to pull punches...

 

This crap is just to get attention for Paul to stay relevant, Joshua is a naive guy who served Paul for that purpose...

 

I'm hoping this is all a front to cover the real negotiations going in secret for Fake Paul to fight either Big John Fury (the fighting man) or Ronnie Pickering.

 

Jake Paul cannot deal with a real heavyweight. AJ will toy with him and probably just knock him out with a bodyshot.

 

There have been deaths in the ring when the opponents have been quite evenly matched, or with pre-fight records that indicated as much.

This fight is madness. If AJ unloads on Paul there could very well be a fatality.

Significant brain injury most likely and then a scramble of officials and promoters asking "how did we let it get to this point?"

 

Jake Paul went 10 rounds with a completely finished JCC Jr. at cruiserweight, as well as eight rounds with a British domestic-level fighter, Tommy Fury. How on Earth does he have the power to KO Joshua? Getting knocked out by Daniel Dubois, a legit top 10 HW with a frightening KO percentage, is a bit different from a YouTuber who has fought one active professional boxer at cruiserweight and lost to him.

 

If AJ detonates that right hand he KOed Ngannou with Paul might be taken out on a stretcher.

 

If Joshua accepts this fight, it will mean that the man is completely devastated by his latest defeat and will have nothing left. A fighter of his caliber, agreeing to a fight with an amateur boxer and a YouTuber will confirm that his career no longer makes sense except financially, and they want to cash in on it as easily as possible, avoiding any scrutiny of his current capabilities.

This fight is pointless on many levels. Personally, I don't believe Paul will take such a fight without contractually guaranteeing that Joshua will be limited in every possible way and will not seek to harm him.

Let's face it. You can like or dislike AJ. You can also value him more or less, but ultimately, he is a former world champion, a man who has defeated truly great and dangerous names in the boxing world in his career. He's also a big guy with a very powerful punch. Paul is 13 cm shorter than him and has a 15 cm shorter reach. He lost on points to Tommy Fury... It's an unimaginable travesty that they even thought of putting these two men in the ring. It'll be pure wrestling if it happens.

If Joshua takes this, he'll lose in my eyes. He's already rich enough that he really doesn't need to save his career in this crappy way.
