I dont normally mind grappling, Im always defending merab and chimaev, but man this seems extra dull for some reason.

Hilarious I don't usually complain about grappling but I was really looking forward to this fight and I was hoping we would see some good stand up in between the grappling and not as much grappling. I know that's how Islam fights but that style of fighting feels like it's becoming too common in the sport and, as said, I don't believe anyone genuinely enjoys watching it and especially compared to a good old stand up war.

But at the same time Rogan kept yapping about Maddalena´s leg, so I have to ask: was there more standup in the first 3 rounds, and did Makhachev really beat up Maddalena´s leg that badly?
