People can level whatever criticism they like at AJ but they can’t question his professionalism. He always puts the pre-fight work in.

Also while 7 lbs might be a lot for some of the lower weight class guys, at HW I'm pretty sure someone like Tyson Fury leaves about 7lbs in his toilet after his morning dump. It's nothing, AJ could sweat it off in an hour if he wanted to do a cut instead of just lower his bodyweight.
