This is a cracking question that requires a lot of thought. I'll be back.

I think Usyk takes the top 2 spots with heavyweight and cruiser.

    Great question!

Incidentally, is your avatar an image of the ducks in Tony's pool?

    Very hard question to answer.

I think I might go with Beterbiev's undisputed run for #1, even though he was lucky to get the decision in the first Bivol fight and Usyk, Crawford and Inoue are greater fighters.

I do not follow Inoues weight class so I won't rank him while acknowledging he could be the best one.

    Hopkins
    Crawford
    Beterbiev
    Bivol
    Canelo
    Jermain Taylor
    Usyk
    Josh Taylor
    Devin Haney
    Jermell Charlo

    1. Usyk: Heavyweight titles

Man went into other people's backyards against hometown favoritism, took their souls, championships and manhood while giving up significant height, weight and reach.

As for the others it will take some time for me as it's a great question.

It's quite clearly Usyk. No question about it

Haney is extremely lucky to even be on that list as he won all the belts in one fell swoop in one fight vs a way smaller extremely favourable stylistic match up for him who is a one-hit wonder and Haney literally hasn't ever fought anyone close to his size. If we were doing the biggest weight bully to have become undisputed ranking he would win that hands down

    Agree, for me it's:
    Usyk : Heavyweight, dominating giants.
Usyk : Cruiserweight, fighting in other fighters backyards. Not just any fighters, the cream of the crop in the division. Gassiev was a monster at the time.
Beterbiev : a beast of a man who even when turning pro late and years of career threatening injuries and legal disputes, somehow managed to unify an extremely competitive division.
Inoue : Super Bantam, dominant fashion in which he took out opponents.
Crawford : Welter, can't underestimate dominant win over Spence. Crawford is a great fighter.
    I stop here.

    Awesome!
I thought that image looked familiar.

Quasi-related (without meaning to derail your thought-provoking question).
