    I love the extraordinary history of color movies and color photography. There is great pre WW I Autochrome coverage of prewar Europe and then of WW I itself.

    The filmed in color "perfect" hook SRR used to blow over happens to supply a great angle. The televised angle supplies a great opportunity to study and learn from. What a bomb!

    I'm doing my best not to shut the thread guys, but you all really, really want to discuss Steve rather than the footage.

    I'll say it again one more time: this thread is not for saying how much you dislike Steve Compton: last time i'm going to say it though. Discuss the footage. If you want to discuss Steve Compton try discussing him on Boxing Scene or Boxrec.

    @GlaukosTheHammer you've made multiple posts stating how awful this place is and how much you hate it. Maybe you should go to one of these other forums permanently? You're welcome to stay but you can't stay and repeatedly say how awful this place is and how awful the people here are. It's no different to a bar - if you go to a bar and wander round telling other customers what idiots they are, you soon won't be welcome in the bar. Just think of it that way.

    I mean I guess it's possible GTH made some comments further up and McGrain hard-deleted them before making his post, but then - why not address it privately with GTH in a pm instead of making this weird public callout with apparently no context?
