Somehow... inexplicably, while technically supposedly the smaller fighter, he's had a size advantage over everyone of his opponents but the crappy Cafu.

 I wish they would announce fight night weights for every fight. I know he said he weighed about 130 vs Cuadras and Inoue has come in as high as 138.5 at 122 IIRC but generally he's come in a few pounds lighter than that at 122, again IIRC

You'd assume Bam-Rod would be coming in a bit heavier than 130 now

You'll approve of his P4P rankings though compared to the ones of numerous other US fighters

Shakur is the best in the game right now, other than Crawford.

Ban is pfp 4 and ahead of Shakur on resume.

Yeah, he has the exact same Top 5 as I do, so I approve.:sisi1

Bam is probably coming in at 130, but 140 wouldn't shock me. He's a pudgy little mofo.:sisi1

He looks bigger than Inoue but they clearly don't want that fight until Inoue is at least 35 years old.

Either way, there isn't much it it all in terms of size between him and Inoue and if he is going to fight Inoue don't wait until Inoue is 34-35

I don't know how anyone can even argue with his top 4. I'd add him as #5.

Bam is so far ahead of Shakur that it isn't even funny. The guy looks like he's in second gear when he fights in unifications. His timing, punch power, technique, footwork, and ring IQ are off the charts. He has never really looked out of second gear in any fight. Bam wouldn't take half an hour to stop an electrician either. I'd say he is top 5 P4P; Shakur is gifted, yes, but Bam is clear and still getting better; Shakur has not improved since the Valdez fight and spends far too much time on the internet arguing with civilians.

FTR, Bam-Rod considers Sunny Edwards his greatest win. Not only does he rightfully consider Cossack Slickness the gold standard but he obviously, rightly again, also considers Brit Slickness and Brit Level the gold standard.

And whilst Shakur did indeed take 9 rounds to get a very late notice no camp sub electrician out of there who even an old way past prime much smaller Loma would've knocked spark out in under 3 rounds if said electrician had a full camp, let's not forget it was a British electrician :deal:

I just want to see how Bam does against bigger men. We had the same question for Inoue before he fought Fulton.

Eh unless Inoue loses 2 steps I don’t see him losing to Bam even at 35. Bam hasn’t seen anything close to the speed and power Inoue brings. While Bam brings movement Inoue hasn’t seen, Inoue has been in there with bigger punchers than Bam.

Bam isn’t a 10/10 puncher like Inoue. More like a 7 or 8. But that movement lets him hit guys with punches they didn’t see coming, which, combined with his solid power, gets the KOs.

im not saying he beats Inoue. If they fought right now, id bet on Inoue. Bam gets hit by shots he shouldn’t early on, which would be a problem against Inoue. He gets away with it because he’s got a good chin, but, against Inoue? Yikes.

Sometimes Stevenson will go to throw what my coach calls a felch hook, and when he felches the hook it's technically bad and technically wrong but it looks slick to people who don't know boxing. Bam never felches any of his punches. You can watch every bit of footage you can find on him on the net and you never catch him felching, even in training, on a bag, wherever, even a speed bag. So, it shows you who thinks style over substance. Felching ain't my style. Sorry.

says a lot when your only perceivable challenge is a top p4p fighter 2 divisions above the highest division youve ever competed at.
inoue spent like 4 years as a super fly, if i remember correctly. then like 5 at bantam, before he was ready for 122. bam is expected to take that kinda smoke now. that says a lot.
