You keep using that word. I don't think it means what you think it means.

 

Bridgerweight was a much better idea for a variety of reasons I've wrote long posts on the posts. Please don't do this. It will ruin LHW even more.

Just move LHW up to 185. Thats what should have been done on day one instead of making Cruiser. People act like the division limits are set in stone but they aren't and back in the day they were changed often. At some point the powers that be decided 147/160/175 couldn't be changed anymore and it was new division time. No. This was stupid.

Boxing needs less weight divisions not more! There's too many divisions and too many champions. They're all paper champions. We should have no more than eight divisions

This is stupid Zurdo literally won a belt at cruiserweight after getting embarrassed by Bivol we actually need less weight classes

 

I don’t think there’s a problem with having multiple weight classes, I think the real problem is there’s too many belts, all of you guys who want like a handful of weight classes are crazy

 

A boxing fan with brain would know there’s too many belts, compared to weight classes. If anyone says there’s too many weight classes being a problem over the too many belts problem is a total clown.

Boxing would be even better if they split every existing weight class into two.

 

Well, that's the one that needed adjustment the whole time. LHW to Cruiser is the most ridiculous jump in boxing.
Example, Cleverly and Kovalev both didn't want to cut to 175 at a certain point, struggled, wanted to go up. But look how small they were at cruiser. Cleverly tried to body build to get there, Kovalev just relied on his skills and power. Both were tiny cruisers and actually couldn't compete there properly.
What other weight division is like that, where you can't go up one division and not be dwarfed.
